SECTION 1: TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Intavue ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Intavue ("we", "us", "our").

1.2 Description of Service

  • Real-time voice mock interviews with live coding rounds and scored performance reports.
  • A Concept Coach: an AI voice tutor that teaches programming and interview concepts with diagrams, live code, quizzes, and graded challenges.
  • Preparation and job-search tools: mock interview prep with scored feedback, a daily practice question, a personal "Story Bank" for your experiences, resume analysis and building, cover letter and outreach drafting, an application tracker, and interview debriefs.

1.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

1.4 Acceptable Use and Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software. You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and with the rules, policies, terms, and instructions of any interview, examination, assessment, employer, educational institution, certification body, or platform in which you participate.

  • Obtain any consent required by law before recording, capturing, or processing another person's audio, video, likeness, or other personal information.

Whether you are permitted to use any feature in a given setting is your responsibility to determine. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Software in violation of any rule, agreement, policy, or law, including disqualification, academic or professional penalties, loss of opportunity, or legal liability.

Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe and Paystack); we do not store your full payment card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Except where required by applicable law, fees and credit purchases are non-refundable. Free credits and promotional credits have no cash value.
